Your Eyes
It was a normal afternoon, a calm day,
I wasn’t looking for anything on my way home,
But your eyes caught the attention of mine,
My eyes locked upon your’s, not sure why,
I don’t know who you are,
But for some time we fallowed the same path,
Passing glances seemed to create something,
It wasn’t like another look, it wasn’t normal,
I saw something in you and so to did you see something in me,
Your eyes caught the attention of mine,
And mine caught the attention,
You checked twice, each a look of curiosity and interest,
Your black hair as calm as the midnight sky,
And your skin with the glow of the sun,
Those eyes of your’s, as dark as the ocean blue,
You caught my attention, and I know I caught your’s,
But like a taunting dream you seem,
A world away you seem to be,
I know not were you come from,
But I will remember your first impression,
So calm you looked,
Your eyes seemed to glow with curiosity and interest,
Your eyes caught mine, with both thinking the same thought,
Your eyes,… who are you?
