Yellowstone Mind
Like geysers ideas erupt, like fire they burn unlike anything else,
A fire that mitts stones, and magma that waxes and wanes like the moon,
My colors shine when life flourishes in the hot water that boil,
When lava rises, it kills all life,
Fires that burn in the chamber fair below, under earth and skin
Magma that moves, earth that quells and shakes, like shivers,
Great geysers of fire erupt, colors of clear blue and red hot white,
Bubbles that boil up, gases that laugh and gases that scream,
My fires are still alive, my ideas still flowing like the rivers that flow by,
Passion burns in the heart of my fire, dancing like tempting fingers of passion and love,
The beast of hell wishes to be set free, raising the ground inch by inch,
Trapped in confinements, trapped in a cell of rock,
Tears of uranium fall heavy,
Arms made of strong titanium, but soft like a crisp cool pillow,
Sent charges that hurt, charges that explode,
Words of death labeled all over, hatred by others, gases that explode and cool my fire,
Gases that chill the pools above and silence the mile high geysers above,
Explosions that weaken the surface only bring Hell’s monster to the surface,
Heavy hands of fire, strong arms of solid rock and molten steel,
Arms and hands that rip apart the prison far below, ideas of hatred, fires that burn,
The ground rises quickly, geysers that erupt fast with hot water change to geysers of fire,
I am Yellowstone, a super volcano that has come alive, a volcano that has now erupted,
The beast is alive, fires of passion have gone, fires of hell remain, life all but gone,
Black ash falls and glass burns all that walk, all that now fall,
Change is here, change is here to stay, my mind is hot, and burning like Yellowstone.
