Would You Ever…
I’ve know you for sometime,
And I’ve always had one thing on my mind,
You tell me all about you,
I know you as well as I know the back of my own hand,
And you know me a decent amount about me,
I’ve seen you at your lowest, and I’ve seen you angry,
And you’ve seen me fall apart, and when my eyes turn green with hatred,
And still we are friends, to the end we will always to, come hell or high water,
But there is one side of each other that hasn’t been spoken, from either side,
I’ve asked a few times, but still we remain as thick as thieves,
Advise from each other strengthens our friendship,
We have our differences and we have our moments,
And to warm up the morning we harass each other, come evening I try to continue,
I never wished to step on any toes but you feel like family,
And I wish to treat you as though you are,
And when I’m looking for something to get you, one question always comes about,
Would she ever,
Some days it boggles my mind, I try to ignore it as best that I can,
Other days that question seems to lead me to my grave,
And three words I stand as stone to tell you, I can say them in three different ways,
But would you ever say yes to a question,
This time I’m not joking around, a knife represents how sharp my point is,
So would you ever say…
