I am Chernobyl
My ideas, my expectations, all considered to be toxic and deadly,
My radioactive qualities have build the walls that separate me from the world,
A hundred miles of solitude, it wasn’t my fault, human error has done this,
Accidents of the past have created me to be who I am,
And till the world ends my ring of isolation shall remain,
Unwanted but attract attention, my views poison the minds of others,
Changing them, but I’ve changed them for the better,
Cutting the water supply and letting the area wrought was a way to stop me,
To stop the spread of my outlandish views and aspects I have about life,
Like a nuclear disaster,
I have effected the world, and changed it, for the better or for worse,
I am Chernobyl and there was and isn’t anything you can do to stop me,
Little by little I change your mind,
A spider virus my ideas change everything, like cancer it happens slowly,
But I can attack anything you think of,
I am Chernobyl and there is nothing you can do about it.
