As The Ice Grows Thinner
As the world warms, the ice of the north thins out,
Frozen for so many years, I can now see what love looks like,
And as the ice grows to only a thin sheet, I can now brake free,
I can now dance with you under the northern lights, and watch the lights circle,
Circle around us and dance to our rhythm,
I want to be with you, the ice is a reminder of when we discovered each other,
Finding each other in the thinnest of times,
We joined together to make it through, and to swim and fly to a new discovery,
A new adventure and a new beginning,
Together we will dance through till new years and begin a new year together,
Forever the ice shall not separate use,
And if the ice grows to take me back you wish to stay with me,
Together forever, an example of true devotion and passionate love,
Whether ice grows thinner or as the ice grows thicker,
Time nor a mile of ice will ever separate to passionate warm heart love,
And as I welcome the ice growing thinner, we can dance again with the stars,
And enjoy once more the values and joys of true love.
